• If Ropeway/Pirate Ship closed, alternatives: Komagatake Ropeway, Lake Ashi Cruise, Mt. Fuji Panoramic Ropeway, Mishima Skywalk, Narukawa Art Museum, Hakone Checkpoint, or Hakone Shrine.
• Mt. Fuji visibility depends on weather (humidity, rain, or fog).
• No refunds for weather or guide-initiated rescheduling.
• Customers on the Shinkansen return route will end their tour at Odawara Station and return to Tokyo by themselves.
• Please note that if you arrive late to the meeting point, we're unable to allow you to join the tour midway due to tour schedule constraints.
